Strength

Redefining what personal training looks like.
Personal training built on a simple order of operations: restore how a joint is supposed to move, correct the way your body has learned to move around it, then load it with real strength.

Training comes to you — home, yard, or local park.

The Sequence

Assess. Correct. Load.

Every client moves through the same order — because loading a joint that can't yet move well just teaches the body to compensate harder.

01 — Assess

Movement Screen

Joint-by-joint range of motion, posture, and movement pattern assessment to find exactly where and why compensation is happening.

02 — Correct

Corrective Phase

Targeted mobility work and motor control drills to rebuild the movement pattern before adding meaningful load on top of it.

03 — Load

Strength Phase

Progressive strength programming built on the corrected pattern, so the gains you make actually hold up under real load — and old compensation patterns don't creep back in.

Why I Do This

Move Into Strength exists because I spent 14 years looking for an answer the healthcare system never gave me.

Chronic pain sent me through years of physical therapy, specialists, chiropractic care, injections, and massage — some of it helped for a while, none of it held. What finally changed things wasn't another treatment. It was restoring how my body actually moved, and then building real strength on top of that foundation.

That process was enough to make me leave a career in corporate finance and go all in on understanding the body — how it moves, why it stops moving well, and how to rebuild it properly. Move Into Strength is what I wish someone had handed me on day one: a straightforward path from restricted and in pain to strong and capable, built on what actually worked, not just what got billed to insurance.

I'm not a substitute for physical therapy or medical care. And in my own 14 years going through it, most of that care focused on the specific spots that hurt — not the root cause, and not how the rest of my body was compensating around it. What I offer is different: a whole-body approach that gets to the root of the problem, restores natural movement patterns, then builds the strength to hold them. Think of me as the piece that picks up where a narrow treatment plan leaves off.

Working Together

Packages & Programs

Every client works differently — some want hands-on coaching every session, others prefer a mix of in-person visits and virtual check-ins to stay accountable between them. There's no single right way to do this; we'll figure out together what fits your schedule, goals, and how much support you actually need.

Every plan starts with an in-person movement assessment, so your programming is built on what your body actually needs — not a template. Pricing is discussed on your consult, based on your goals and where you're starting from.
